What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of data analysis experience, combining business and technical skills
- 2 years of experience with SAS, SQL programming, R, or Python (SAS preferred)
- 2 years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- MBA/MS or equivalent in a business field (Finance, Business, Economics)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to conduct database/public records searches
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
- Good oral and written communication skills
