- Assist in adherence to Data Management Policies and Procedures, contributing insights and updates for process improvements.
- Analyze and monitor in-scope data questions, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct preliminary Data Risk and Control Assessments to identify potential issues and suggest remediation steps.
- Support efforts to align data handling practices with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Business, Customer Segments, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
- Provide support in team collaborations to create value through efficient data management processes.
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to help measure and improve data governance effectiveness.
- Escalate unresolved issues or roadblocks to appropriate team members for further action.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of data governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge/experience in Alteryx preferred Expert level Excel user
