      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Elicit and organize requirements for data analysis
      - Implement data collection systems to enhance efficiency and data quality
      - Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary sources
      - Clean and filter data, reviewing reports to correct issues
      - Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Information Management, or Statistics
      - 3-5 years of experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming languages
      - Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas
      - Experience with SSIS and SSRS
      - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Sisense or other business intelligence tools
      - Strong technical expertise in data models and database design
      - Ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
