      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare advanced reports and presentations from audits and discrepancy reports
      - Perform ad-hoc reviews of structured and unstructured data across multiple sources
      - Utilize programming and reporting tools to formulate models and extract insights
      - Create complex algorithms to identify patterns and insights from datasets
      - Monitor trends and act on high-risk areas of concern

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or related degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in gathering and developing systems for data collection
      - Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
      - Ability to analyze data objectively and draw valid conclusions
      - Proficiency in utilizing HCM systems, such as UKG Pro

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in handling incomplete or unorganized data and creating solutions
      - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and analysis
      - Familiarity with pulling reports and data from various systems
