- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and the application of information systems
- Proficiency with data science languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and Qlik
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare IT within a defense or federal setting
- In-depth knowledge of Defense Health Agency (DHA) programs and initiatives
- Familiarity with military health system (MHS) beneficiary population and related analytics
- Understanding of Data Management Framework (DMF) and Health Information Exchange (HIE) regulations
- Lean Six Sigma training certification
