What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and deliver reporting and analysis initiatives to support data-driven strategic and operational decisions
- Identify opportunities to leverage analytics for meaningful action and improved outcomes
- Provide ad-hoc data reporting for business partners and customers
- Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards for ongoing visibility and actionable insights
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure a robust and accurate data warehouse
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders with varying levels of analytical expertise
- Comfortable working in an Agile, technology-driven environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Business Intelligence programs (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS
- Experience with US Healthcare/Managed Care Organizations, particularly in risk adjustment programs
