What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Integrate and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients
- Support senior analytic team members in developing, implementing, and maintaining operational reports and dashboards
- Extract and interpret critical information from data sets to help stakeholders understand optimal outcomes
- Develop quality control processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Utilize data analytics to uncover essential business insights and findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a concentration in a data-related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of database architecture and ability to run basic SQL queries
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data analysis results to stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- Familiarity with visualization and discovery tools such as Tableau
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL and SSIS
