Job Title - Data Analyst
Department: Westchester Gas Operations Support
Contract Length: 6 months, potential for extension
Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Expected to work overtime if needed.
Pay Rate: $33.50

Required Skills

• Strong data analytical skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Require strong Excel expertise for running reports, filtering, prioritizing, familiar with pivot tables and vlookups.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Description

• Derive analytics and report on progress to target.
• Analyze workplan to identify completions, look for duplicates, look for potential opportunities within the workplan (bundling areas of appointments & opportunistic), and ensuring compliance dates are met.
• Performs analysis and reconciliation of internal record reviews, to identify areas of improvement as well as future review schedules.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
• Field inquiries from field forces.
• Once integrated, able to learn and operate client systems ArcFM, Asset Manager, Work Manager, Gas Central.
