      Job Summary

      We're looking for a Data Analyst – Customer Data Sharing to join our Data & Intelligence team. This person will be responsible for owning and executing the delivery of data products to our B2B customers. The role bridges the gap between internal data assets and external customer needs, ensuring data is delivered accurately, securely, and in a scalable way. You’ll play a critical role in enabling our customers to unlock value from data—while reducing the operational burden on the core Data team.

      Your mission?

      You will be part of the Growth Data Analytics Team. Our mission in this area is to develop customer relationships to promote growth, retention, and loyalty among our customer base. Your job is to provide B2B behavior insights through advanced analytical techniques, leveraging sales data, product data, web analytics, and external sources of information provided by our customers. You will work independently to create strategies and data products to serve this purpose. We are looking for someone who speaks fluent English, loves and understands data, has customer facing experience, and genuinely cares about the success of their customers.

      What are the responsibilities for this role?

      • Build, maintain, and automate strategic and operational reports.
      • Productize data insights, dashboards, applications, and reports through the cloud.
      • Continually improve and automate methods for gathering data efficiently and incorporating it into real-time and batch data models adhering to best practices.
      • Properly document and own end-to-end data products.
      • Conduct monthly reviews and maintenance on data outputs.
      • Effectively communicate insights and tell a story around data.
      • Identify opportunities to generate impact and value on our customers.

      Job Requirements?

      • Knowledge of data analytics applications in event driven architectures
      • Handling large data (billions of rows)
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
      • Automatization using scripts

      Metrics to measure

      • Aid the growth team in covering the gaps existing between data product and business needs

      • Construct reports, insights, dashboards from multiple data sources (bigquery, APIs, Looker, …)

      • Create scalable dashboard solutions that directly impact the business objectives, KPIs and OKRs of our team and of the company

      • Translate stakeholders requirements into data projects

      • Document data project adhering to best practices for technical documentation
