This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, motivated and creative self-starter who is passionate about data to gain hands-on experience by joining the Juniper Global Operations (JGO) Analytics & Data Science team. The right person for this role loves problem-solving and is a good communicator & collaborator.
Responsibilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build data solutions that impact business decisions
• Collect reliable structured & unstructured data from company data sources
• Clean and prepare data (using Python, Alteryx and SQL)
• Analyze datasets to extract insights and identify patterns
• Design Tableau dashboards and advanced data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a quantitative field
• Currently enrolled full-time in a Master’s Degree program (e.g. Business Analytics/Data Science/Machine Learning or a related field) with a graduation date of Dec 2024 or later
• Excellent SQL knowledge & skills
• Strong programming skills (Python/R) and familiarity with popular libraries for statistics/machine learning
• Familiarity with Snowflake
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with Tableau & Alteryx
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Good storytelling & interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps & Power Automate platform

Minimum Salary: $61,875.00
Maximum Salary:$94,875.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $61,875.00 and $94,875.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
