- Partner with experienced subject matter experts to understand and present modern solutions that deliver value to internal stakeholders
- Own core operational processes, identify areas of improvement, and drive agreed upon solutions in a timely manner
- Develops and clearly outlines intended outcomes using an iterative approach to design
- Clearly document solutions for ongoing management and be open to and have the ability to increase responsibility over time
- 2+ years of overall experience
- 2+ years of data visualization platform experience (Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi or similar tool)
- Intermediate knowledge of how data/process flows, data relationships, and data storage
- MS Office expertise is needed with intermediate/advanced MS Excel being a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills given frequent engagement with senior leaders
- Interest in data science competencies such as Python programming, big data, and data mining
- Experience developing products and focusing on customer value
- Experience with iterative delivery (Agile or similar)
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Data Analytics Associate
The Data Analytics Associate is a key member of the Strategy and Business Services (S&BS) function that supports the Chief Technology Office within JPMorgan Chase’s Compute, Network, and Storage organization (CNS). CNS is a core enabler of the firm’s infrastructure modernization strategy and supports foundational, global infrastructure to ensure daily technology operations for the JPMorgan organization.
This Associate role is responsible for advancing our core data capabilities and maintaining foundational support activities, which are critical in ensuring effective management of a $1BN+ organization. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in data management, an unwavering desire to provide enhanced user experiences (simplified data flows, modern visualizations) while comprehending and delivering mature and business as usual processes. Lastly, the individual needs to have a strong interest in providing customer value, a willingness to place team before self, and have a thirst to continuously evolve by gaining new skills and experiences.
