      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between developers and business teams to clarify project requests and objectives
      - Spend the majority of time in meetings to address team needs and project updates
      - Utilize Snowflake to review data and manage uploads into the data warehouse
      - Provide consultative support to the analytics and insights community to identify data challenges and solutions
      - Contribute to the development of enterprise-level data solutions and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field; 5+ years of experience may substitute for a degree
      - Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing
      - Proven experience working in a large team environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare data and claims processing is highly desirable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Snowflake as a data platform
      - Background in healthcare technology or a related industry
      - Experience in a consultative role with business stakeholders
      - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
      - Previous experience in a digital pod or similar collaborative setup
