Job Description
- Req#: 15925
- Work with our experts to develop database and knowledgebase in the relevant customer support tools
- Support ChatGPT based GenAI tool development efforts partnering with other internal architects
- Dashboard analytics in our Servicenow applications, Sharepoint upgrade
- Write a macro to format and improve professional appeal of our network performance management reports
- Support documentation including word/training video for the projects developed
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data analytics, IT, software engineering or related field
- Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
- Projects and academic knowledge of working with and coding in several application tools, SDK
- Worked with data visualization platforms
- Worked on documentation of processes or workflows or training videos, a big plus
- Scripting language, a plus
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Demonstrated leadership in outside jobs, internships/co-ops, school functions, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills

Fujitsu Network Software and Integration Business Unit – Solutions Management is looking for solution services intern for driving and supporting several automation and creative documentation and data visualization projects for improving network services operations.
We are interested in someone who is responsive, eager to learn and to contribute to our team and its related projects to improve our employees’ and our customers’ experiences.

A desirable candidate will take the initiative as a project manager by being self-driven, collaborative, adaptive to change, and able to communicate verbally and in writing with ease to drive these tasks to completion. Interacting with internal and external groups will require a professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a good dose of patience. To juggle the variety of development and analytics tasks, the candidate will need a talent for critical thinking, multi-tasking, and working in an organized manner with the ability to plan and prioritize their work. A final presentation will be required to present accomplishments.
