What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies within the Internal Audit function
- Analyze large quantitative datasets to identify risks and performance indicators
- Develop automated data analytic routines to enable continuous auditing and real-time risk monitoring
- Collaborate with business owners to provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
- Oversee analytics requests and ensure timely project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems technology, accounting, data science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in an audit or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with auditing standards and internal control frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISA, CPA, CIA, and/or CAP certification
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies independently
- Knowledge of healthcare operations
