  Job Requirements:
  
  

  Job Title: GenAI Architect (Remote)
  Location: Remote (based in Hartford, CT)
  Work Authorization: Must have valid U.S. work authorization
  Education: Bachelor's Degree required
  Experience: Minimum 5 years hands-on experience
  Good to Have: Experience with DataBricks

  
  

  Must-Have Skills:

  • Python
  • AWS (including Lambda, DynamoDB, AuroraDB, EKS/OpenShift)
  • AI Architecture & Generative AI
  • LLMs and NLP
  • RAG, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain
  • DevSecOps (GitHub, Jenkins, automated release pipelines)

  
  

  Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design GenAI-based products within an agentic AI framework
  • Develop and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
  • Work with Python for AI/ML development and data processing
  • Integrate chatbot and contact center applications using LLM frameworks
  • Apply DevSecOps practices for secure, automated deployment workflows
  • Design and manage reusable GenAI model deployments in AWS environments
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance scalability, reliability, and reusability of AI solutions

  
  

  Preferred Experience:

  • LangGraph implementation for complex AI workflows
  • Experience with cloud-native development and deployment (AWS EKS/OpenShift)
  • Exposure to contact center AI integrations
  • Familiarity with DataBricks is a plus
