We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist to:
• implement and deliver high quality software solutions / components for the Credit Risk monitoring platform.
• leverage his/her expertise to mentor and lead developers; review code/designs and ensure adherence to standards.
• play a key role in platform modernization while continuously improving the existing systems.
• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deploymentYour team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Credit Review Monitoring and Contingent Market Risk team in Pune/Mumbai working closely with colleagues in UK, Zurich, Poland and India including DevOps, developers, BA’s and Automation Engineers focusing on End Of Day monitoring platforms
Your expertise
• bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• Ideally 15+ years of experience in a similar position focused on Investment Banking or Risk Technologies within the finance sector
• interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
• strong experience of Data Analysis and product management
• strong experience of agile project management, requirement analysis.
• experience with Risk Management, Compliance, or AML initiatives beneficial/preferred
• works with PM, stakeholders, and product counterparts to negotiate and manage a reasonable scope for assigned projectsAbout us
