What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure effective workload distribution across the team
- Conduct client-facing workshops to gather and refine business and technical requirements
- Architect and design data solutions utilizing Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and Data Cloud
- Oversee the development and execution of data pipelines, ETL processes, and advanced analytics dashboards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years working within the Salesforce ecosystem with heavy technical exposure
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or CRM Analytics
- 4+ years of Python experience in data manipulation, automation, and analytics
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and transforming data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and ETL for large-scale data migrations
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices
- Data Cloud/Agentforce experience is desired
