- Implement and configure reporting technologies like Jasper Soft and Business Objects
- Proficient with SQL for databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Redesign existing reports for enhanced utility and usability
- Drive automation capabilities into reporting solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in advanced analytics
- 3+ years as a consultant
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a data architecture role
- Experience in Agile environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple scripting languages (Groovy, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Strong consulting skills to work with clients on their reporting needs
