Our 1,300 colleagues and 300 volunteers work at every stage of the social welfare cycle, supporting over 60,000 individuals from cradle to career. Our work builds a better society - one where everyone has good people around them, a purpose, and a good place to live. Read our latest Annual Review and Voice from the Frontline summary here.

In Justice, we work with young people and adults in custody and in the community, providing a range of services including offender management and resettlement, veterans in custody, victim services, gangs work and youth justice.

Catch22's Greater Manchester Victim Service (GMVS) Unit is an aspirational new centre of excellence expanding the Criminal Justice system. The GMVS strives to connect local public services and systems to ultimately bring the service to the victim.

      Job Description

This is a newly created role for Catch22, and is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our victim services through innovative collection and analysis of data. You'll work closely with our internal experts in the Evidence and Insight team to develop the reporting tools used to monitor service performance, and use frontline intelligence and real-world insight to help forecasting and predictive data modelling, which will subsequently be used by Catch22 and Great Manchester Police to predict future behaviours and service demands.

Outside of the GMVS, you'll also play a key role in supporting the developing of Evidence & Insight capability across the UK, using your expertise and experience to influence changes to how we utilise the wealth of data available across the organisation and services delivered.

To support your own growth and development, you'll also have access to specific data training, such as DataCamp, Udemy or Coursera.
