- Google Analytics Setup:
- Work closely with the development team to understand the architecture of our web applications.
- Implement and configure Google Analytics to track user interactions, events, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure accurate tracking of page views, user engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Custom Event Tracking:
- Identify and define custom events that align with business goals and user behaviors.
- Implement event tracking codes to capture specific user interactions within the web applications.
- Conversion Tracking:
- Implement conversion tracking to measure the success of specific user actions, such as form submissions, downloads, and other conversion goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports and dashboards using Google Analytics data.
- Analyze trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Monitor the accuracy and reliability of tracking data, promptly addressing any issues.
- Continuously optimize Google Analytics configurations to align with evolving business needs.

Position Description, Project Description
As an Intern in this 11-week program, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our Data Applications team as we support large-scale projects for the various food Sectors that make up Compass Group. You will be matched with an E15 team and collaborate on a project as a Google Analytics Implementation Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Google Analytics for web applications, contributing to our data-driven decision-making process The position is hybrid and requires three to four days working from E15’s Home Office located in downtown Chicago and one to two days working remotely. You may be eligible for a housing subsidy to assist in temporary relocation.
