- Develop and complete efficient system configurations with a focus on resiliency and availability of systems applications.
- Develop, document, and implement processes to extend, augment, or create new capabilities.
- Proactively identify and deliver on process improvements.
- Interact with systems staff, internal client groups, external clients or vendors in complex testing, operational support and troubleshooting system problems.
- Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Provide architectural guidance on standards and procedures.
- Perform hardware and software installs, patch installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain related application specific and/or operating system performance tuning
- - Ensure the completion of daily administrative tasks (e.g. provisioning, onboarding)
- Lead regularly scheduled preventative maintenance (e.g. system, apply fixes)
- BA or Equivalent
- Experience supporting and administering applications/systems and systems monitoring tools.
- Knowledge and experience with computer desktop and server systems, associated hardware and software and other subsystems.
- Understanding and experience working with relational database systems and SQL tool
- Knowledge of how databases and other software or interfaces facilitate a cohesive system.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal and organizational relationships.
- Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service to diverse clients (internal and external)
- Install (rack, stack and cable) computing equipment in the data centers.
- Manage ServiceNow ticketing system requests
- Manage Sunbird Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software.
- Engage with Asset management team on BBH assets active and obsolete hardware.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on data center infrastructure.
- Monitor UPS systems and report on alerts and power usages.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, networking, and systems.
- Monitor power and cooling systems to ensure a stable operating environment.
- Maintain documentation of equipment, processes, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support business and Data Center requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and best practices.
- Assist with capacity planning and recommend upgrades or expansions as needed

The Systems Administrator II supports the IT infrastructure by performing system installations, upgrades, and maintenance. They assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system reliability and availability.

Salary Range
$110,000 - $145,000.
BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
