Work with internal teams and partners – such as IT, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, business continuity etc. Develop and communicate security objectives and requirements
Conduct regular security audits, assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST)
Implement security measures and mitigation strategies as needed to protect assets, systems, data, and networks from physical and environmental threats
Work with partners to understand challenges and develop security solutions that meet the business’ needs
Manage security vendors and contractors, ensuring quality of service and adherence to contractual obligations
Develop and track program metrics/KPIs
Benchmark security requirements and capabilities with industry standards and peer organizations
8+ years of experience in data center security management or related role
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, security management or equivalent experience
Proficiency working with physical security systems such as access control systems (ACS), video surveillance systems (VSS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), etc.
Experience leading security programs and teams in a corporate, military, or law enforcement environment
Relevant accreditations, or a commitment to obtain (PSP, CPP, CISSP, PMP, etc.)
Experience applying the principles of Security Risk Management (SRM) and Security Management (SeMS) Systems
Experience applying protective and environmental design standards to real-world scenarios
Understanding of how international building codes impact security designs and operations
Familiar with CAD and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) systems and software
Understand how security relates to facilities and other functions (SE, MEP, EHS, engineering, IT, etc.) which critical to projecting demand for, siting, designing, building, and maintaining data centers
Adaptable to varying regional standards and cultural norms which influence business conduct and decision making
Maintain professional networks with peer organizations and through professional associations (e.g., ASIS, ISMA, SIA, etc.)
The Data Center Security Manager will develop and implement programs and initiatives to secure NVIDIA’s diverse global footprint of data centers. Programs and initiatives include site selection, contract reviews, risk assessments, compliance, audits and inspections, vendor management, standards and procedures, training and awareness, incident management and response, and business continuity planning. To succeed, the role must collaborate with other facility owner/operators, other security personnel, and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 184,000 USD.
