What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule personnel for maintenance services to meet business needs
- Lead a Data Center Services team and collaborate with architecture teams
- Ensure services are performed in accordance with policies and safety requirements
- Schedule maintenance services to maintain infrastructure systems
- Efficiently perform all services while minimizing negative impact on the environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience desired
- Experience in a customer-facing position
- Excellent verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset preferred
