What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate personal computer equipment with Microsoft software and other applications
- Work with Microsoft SharePoint Online lists, pages, templates, and document libraries
- Extract and input technical information, including equipment nameplate data and scientific information
- Perform quality reviews of data for format consistency and manage Adobe PDF files
- Attend and participate in various meetings via MS Teams and in-person
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or equivalent industry certification in Data Analysis, Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Proven problem-solving, communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills
- Capable of reading and interpreting design drawings, specifications, and procedure manuals
- Adaptable computer software skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SharePoint Online, CMMS, or database applications
- Technical writing skills with the ability to translate technical subjects into clear descriptions
- Experience in graphics design and basic HTML coding
- Ability to travel within the US for days at a time, up to 4 times annually
