The T-Hub Data Associate is a junior-level team member responsible for the execution of clerical tasks as they relate to the performance optimization of system components facilitating the transportation management business process. Crucial to the success of the Data Associate role is the clear understanding of the underlying elements of SAP Master Data. In addition to a clearly defined capability to maintain systems at a level functional excellence under the direction of the Data Specialist, the Data Associate should act as a tactical partner to support freight procurement and provider interfacing activities.

A day in the life of a Data Coordinator:

• Support freight procurement teams through the timely and first-time right set up of provider profiles, business partner data, and rate upload management as they relate to best practices within the contract lifecycle management activity.
• Support freight procurement and operational teams through the timely and first-time right maintenance of route guides, rate changes and profiles.
• Support the planning frontline teams by ensuring acceptable maintenance procedure of transit times on shipping lanes, dock schedule management, and freight order specific rate-related errors.
• Act as a technical support representative for providers facing errors with Nestlé transportation management systems.
• Proof Of Delivery Management.
• Any other support roles as determined by Line Manager

What will make you successful?

• Diploma/Degree in Transport Management, Supply Chain Management
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in at least Customer Service, Transport, Distribution, Demand and Supply Chain within FMCG or Manufacturing
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel)
• Experience in Transportation Management, Distribution/ Materials Handling
• Proactive Cooperation and Stakeholder Management
