Job Description
- Req#: DATAC003465
- Performs a wide variety of confidential administrative support functions for program(s) assigned.
- Prepares and sorts documents and reports for data entry.
- Enters data into Electronic Health Records, database software and/or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy of the data that has been entered.
- Resolves discrepancies in information and obtains further information for incomplete documents needed for data entry.
- Responds to information requests as appropriate.
- Works closely with Health Analytic and Health Informatics for overall promotion of data integrity
