      Job Title: Data Demand Management Analyst (Consumer Plan) - AVP

      Location: Pune

      Role Description:

      TDI Chief Data Office (CDO) aims to enable the bank to serve its clients better through the innovative and effective use of data and technology. CDO drives data processes using clear policies and governance structures and provides tools to control and simplify data flows.

      The Data Demand Management analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end CDO demand management process across all producers and consumers within the Bank. This involves implementation of best practice standards and quality assurance activities in demand management enterprise-wide across all producers and consumers of data.

      Your key responsibilities:

      • Support data consumers to ensure that the Data Sourcing Framework (DSFW) is understood and followed and provide ad-hoc training and support as required
      • Work with data consumers and publishers to help facilitate alignment of data consumption and publication plans
      • Manage data demand through the data sourcing process in cases where there is no domain demand manager
      • Produce and analyse demand level reporting, including providing visibility of pipeline demand that require changes to data models and status of demand within the lifecycle
      • Maintain a central master plan of all data demand aligned to KDs (key deliverables) with MB KPIs identified for annual/quarterly delivery
      • Support Regulatory and Federal Reserve demand management requirements
      • Provide executive summary and detailed reporting of master demand plan with quarterly breakdowns including Status, KDs, MB KPs, DQ Controls including Min Standard alignment and Data Access
      • Proactively highlight & escalate delivery risks and issues to senior management

      Collaboration

      • Collaborate with all stakeholders across: RFT, AFC & C and wider Consumer and producer divisions as well as Group Architecture, Operations and Global Technology

      Your skills and experience:

      • Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry
      • Experience in linking together strong Data Governance, Data Quality measurement and Data Architecture to drive forward business growth and analytics
      • Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate risks and dependencies
      • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simplified digestible way to a wide range of stakeholders and team members. Skilled in producing executive summary
      • Data management and problem-solving skills.
      • Project Management skills.
      • Ability to multi-task on assignments/projects in addition to managing daily responsibilities
