- Architect of Solutions: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable ETL pipelines and Data Products, as part of a Data Mesh inspired strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate your expertise in Python and AWS ecosystems to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with global and diverse Agile teams, from data to design, to overcome technical data challenges.
- Innovate & Inspire: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest industry trends and innovations into your work such as GenAI.
- Design, develop/enhance, and maintain product/scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.
- Excellent development skills with demonstrable knowledge of Python, and source control (GIT) & versioning.
- Good hands-on experience AWS ecosystem.
- Helping stakeholders, including the data, design, product, and executive teams, with technical data difficulties as part of an Agile delivery team.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting data issues, analyzing end to end data pipelines and in working with users in resolving issues.
- Experience of structured, semi-structured (XML, JSON) and unstructured data handling including extraction and ingestion via web-scraping and FTP/SFTP.
- Remain up to date with latest technologies, like GenAI / AI platforms and FAIR scoring to improve outcomes.
- Good experience in consuming or exposing web services (i.e. SOAP, REST).
- Fast API
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade scalable data products using container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes with a focus on data testing and validation.
- Production experience delivering CI/CD pipelines (Github, Jenkins, ArgoCD, TravisCI, DataOps.Live).
- Excellent Cloud Devops Engineer who can develop, test and maintain CICD Pipeline using Terraform, cloud formation.
- Comfortable working in an Agile working environment, matrixed in a hub spoke model.
- Hands on with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or TravisCI.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with cloud services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Cloud Functions, etc.
- Experience of building unit tests, integration tests, system tests and acceptance tests.
- Testing and Debugging Tools: Mocha, Jest, Cypress, Selenium.
- Debugging: Chrome DevTools, Postman, or similar.
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Good written and verbal skills, fluent English.
