      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to understand business requirements
      - Translate requirements into technical specifications and realistic timelines
      - Design and implement high-volume data ingestion and transformation pipelines
      - Build infrastructure for optimal ETL/ELT processes using AWS and SQL
      - Ensure data reliability and quality across data lake and pipelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
      - Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically with domain experts
      - Experience with end-to-end ETL data pipelines and data management processes
      - Proficiency in Python programming and SQL for data manipulation
      - Strong leadership ability in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in computer or information science
      - Experience working with AWS cloud computing environment
      - Passion for conservation, nature, wildlife, and non-profit mission
