Responsibilities in detail:

Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
Make Wireframes and UI Designs using Figma and any other tool like Adobe XD, Photoshop or Illustrator
Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds
Advocates for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, usage data, and research findings

Required Candidate Profile:

5 to 6 years of experience on end to end UX/UI Design
Experience with SaaS, finance, e-commerce Product design
Strong Graphic design skills
Good understanding of typography
Proficient with Figma design tool and any other tool like Adobe XD, Photoshop or Illustrator
Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
Work with cross-functional teams to attain business goals
Expert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles
Good Communication skills
Exporting the assets for Development team
Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers.

Nice to have :

Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools
JavaScript & jQuery knowledge
Proficiency using Git version control
