  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To design and implement data integration and ingestion based on system architecture.
  • To design and create logical data models for analytical consumption.
  • To perform data manipulation and transformation primarily using SQL.
  • To align data architecture with business requirements.
  • To automate identified manual processes and optimize data pipelines.
  • To perform POC on new integration patterns and solutions, including new automation tools.
  • To support activities for transversal consistency and accuracy of data, identify missing data or data not aligned with the data governance model, and collaborate with the data owners to correct and ensure data stays compliant over time.
  • To ensure data quality, completeness, and timeliness relevant to data reporting.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics-related courses; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Data Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting in creating data models, procedures, and functions.
  • Proficiency in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Web Services integration.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or other RPA tools.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Service Desk best practices.

  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of analytics software like Power BI and other similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience in Project Management is an advantage.
