  We’re looking for an amazing Data Engineer to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data infrastructure of CRM and Marketing Technology. The data engineer will also be for implementing responsible data warehouse architecture, including data models, schema design and storage solutions.

  Responsibilities

  • Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into the desired format, and load it into the data warehouse, CRM Analytics database, and Snowflake
  • Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues, troubleshoot data-related problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize data processes, ensuring efficient data retrieval and minimizing latency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, and sales, to understand data requirements, design data models, and implement solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop data pipelines and automation scripts using Python, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering, data warehousing, ETL, and cloud technologies, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure.

  
  Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 7 years of data engineering and ETL experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Informatica
  • Experience in Snowflake, Oracle and DB2 databases
  • Experience in Python scripting preferred
  • Experience in BI tools like OBIEE and Power BI preferred
  • Ability to interact well with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $ 78,200.00 to $ 105,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
