      Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Airflow for data orchestration.Expertise in PySpark, SQL, and Python for large-scale data processing.Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines in a cloud environment.Experience leading and mentoring a technical team.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Good-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with AI agentic solutions and LLM-based tools.Experience prototyping and implementing AI-driven business solutions.Knowledge of emerging trends in data engineering and AI.Ability to work on exploratory projects that combine data engineering with AI innovation.
      Power BI or Tableau experienceReverse ETL platforms (e.g., Census)Support for marketing/sales/customer experience analyticsUX design knowledge (especially for internal data tools)Strong collaboration and communication with technical/business stakeholders
