      salary: $18 - $20 per hour

      work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

      Responsibilities

      • Data Entry:

        • Enter and maintain accurate customer and service information into the company's database.
        • Process and log service requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
      • Dispatch Operations:

        • Dispatch routes to drivers, optimizing efficiency and ensuring timely service.
        • Monitor driver progress and communicate any delays or changes in schedules.
        • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve service issues and customer inquiries.
      • Customer Service:

        • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
        • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with customers and team members.
      • Record Keeping:

        • Maintain organized records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions.
        • Prepare reports as needed for management review and decision-making.
      • Collaboration:

        • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
        • Collaborate with other departments such as billing and sales to address customer needs and maintain accurate records
