- Classify, organize, and maintain physical and digital records
- Input and verify data accuracy using spreadsheets and other data entry tools
- Scan, sort, and prepare documents for digital storage
- Apply retention schedules and file classification structures
- Lift and handle boxed records (up to 30 lbs)
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently
- Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry and file management
- 3 years of experience using SharePoint Online
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in records or archive management
- Experience applying records retention schedules
- Experience with document imaging, OCR, and classification
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
- Familiarity with information management policies and standards
- This is an onsite position, with standard weekday hours
- Mandatory training in information security and privacy protection will be required upon hire
