  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Accurately enter new referrals into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  - Manage the tracking, routing, and updating of existing patient files to reflect changes in insurance, therapy, or orders
  - Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes, routing requests professionally and efficiently
  - Scan, index, and process incoming faxes and emails, ensuring timely routing to appropriate teams
  - Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Infusion experience is required
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
