- Req#: 65062
- Set up and modify suppliers requested by properties timely and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
- Process credit applications for new suppliers
- Work collaboratively with other departments and advocate for a timely processing of documentation for new suppliers as well as updates/changes
- Oversee repository of W-9 and W-8 forms
- Perform necessary audits to ensure accuracy of EINs to IRS database
- Work with Legal to ensure contracts are linked to active and verified vendors within the system
- Work with Purchasing to ensure approved vendors are incorporated into the authorized purchasing database
- Perform monthly, quarterly, annual audits as determined by management to ensure Vendor File accuracy and adherence to federal and state laws (e.g., OFAC, COIs)
- Process requests sent in through the Supplier Management support page
- Perform Post Audit reviews on expense reports per guidelines
- Support the transition of suppliers to Workday for newly acquired properties
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Associate’s degree in business or an equal combination of education and experience.
- 2 years accounts payable experience preferred.

Overview
Opportunity: Data Entry Clerk
Oversee supplier set-up and maintenance processes for all properties, assist with vendor document retention, and enforce the supplier maintenance process in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures across HHM and its 235 hotels from coast to coast.
