Position Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining
information in company databases and systems. This position requires attention to
detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage data confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Review data for errors and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update People Application records regularly.
• Follow company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity.
• Generate standard reports for data audit review.
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to data management as needed.
