      We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring all information is correct, complete, and up to date. If you're organized, fast on the keyboard, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or software systems

      • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

      • Update and maintain existing records as needed

      • Generate reports and perform data clean-up as required

      • Work with other departments to gather and input necessary information

      • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

      • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required

      • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role preferred

      • Fast and accurate typing skills

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

      • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

      • Excellent time management and communication skills
