What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry, reconciliations, and quality control to ensure data integrity
- Conduct site audits to align data files with GPMS data
- Assist in developing GPMS solutions and support field staff to exceed performance measures
- Provide training to field staff on GPMS workflows and develop related training materials
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide problem-solving solutions
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with SCSEP
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in giving presentations to large groups
