Job title Data Entry Clerk; [01051 - Data Entry Operator I] Job location Provo, UT Reports to Accounting Controller Job purpose Alpine Air is currently seeking a full time Accounting Clerk to join the crew at the Provo, Utah airport. Candidates must meet our high standard of excellence for safety, resource management skills, and customer relations. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude. Duties and responsibilities The selected applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: Review all invoices for appropriate documentation prior to approval for payment Prioritize invoices and match with all outgoing checks Handle calls inquiring about payment concerns or questions Process company employee expense reports with proper documentation Maintain customer relations to get proper documentation to correctly process payments Process all company bills (power, gas, cell bills etc.) Reconcile monthly vendor statements Other accounting functions, including payables, audits, and reconciliations, as needed Qualifications Qualifications include: Preferred 1-3 years’ of applicable experience Preferred experience with NetSuite High attention to detail Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Working conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. Work for this position may be performed outside, regardless of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Compensation This position is a Full-Time position, 35-40 hours per week.
