- Accurately enter invoices, receipts, and other records into the database
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document organization
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding data and reports
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely completion of departmental tasks
- Previous data entry or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour
Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Full-time, onsite. Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 3 PM
Job Type: Temporary with potential for temporary to hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team. This is a temporary position with potential for temporary to hire. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow. The clerk will play an important part in entering accurate data, supporting financial processes, and assisting with monthly close procedures.
