      Description:

      The main function of the Data entry Clerk is to assist the sales department by imputing purchase order information accurately into the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). Duties may also include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking work to make sure data is imputed correctly. The work may be repetitive with a lot of cutting and pasting information all while upholding a high attention to detail.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      • Computer literacy, with experience entering data.
      • Excellent with MS Office Suite (experienced in Excel, but no need for pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
      • Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
      • High attention to detail and strong accuracy
      • Typing of at least 40WPM
      • Experience with an ERP or CRM system a plus
