What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Input and update data into the employer's database with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and reconcile data by cross-referencing with source documents
- Maintain data entry logs and track data status as necessary
- Identify and correct data entry errors; report issues to management
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher is a plus
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
