Job Description

- Process income to Panthera from mail, online, and wire/stock sources, perform operational tasks as needed, e.g. opening, copying, and distribution of mail; process credit card contributions; etc.
- Act as liaison with program, grant, and accounting colleagues on matters concerning donations, including receipt of contributions and booking gifts to appropriate funds.
- Enter gift and constituent data into database and adjustments to gift coding as necessary, including data and deliverable (e.g., reporting dates) entry in Salesforce, recording donor data on internal logs across hubs.
- Maintain orderly Business Development Sharepoint database, including organization of gift files
- Collaborate on creating and mailing acknowledgement letters using the database or manually as needed.
- Act as point of contact for gift processing related phone calls, emails, and other general donor inquiries. Develop and maintain relationships with various groups throughout the organization for appropriate routing and resolution of donor requests.
- Monitors and ensures the accuracy of financial information entered into fundraising operations database(s) (Salesforce). Verifies and reconciles data entered with bank deposits
- Produces summary and detail income reports and designs new reports as needed to improve verification and reconciliation process.
- Executes donation entry tasks to ensure accounting interface deadlines are met. Performs data entry and import batch corrections for gifts and revenue in Panthera’s CRM (Salesforce) database.
- Certifies gift figures prior to scheduled accounting interface. Certifies monthly gift totals prior to close in fundraising operations and accounting systems.
- Oversees credit card activity from multiple payment processors including the import and manual entry of data. Provides credit card reports of gift totals. Monitors discrepancies. Researches, enters and/or corrects all adjustments, refunds, errors and unreconciled items.
- Manages the weekly bank revenue adjustment process that is shared with the Finance department. Reviews, verifies and enters the appropriate adjustments for gift entries.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing or working with gift data entry in a Salesforce donor database; Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of accounting or finance a plus.
- Strong communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and effectively and efficiently make decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess distance, color and depth; Required to regularly communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
- Able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment; able to remain stationary at a computer for extended periods of time and move around his/her assigned work space.
The Opportunity:
Panthera’s Business Development department is currently looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join the team. The Administrator will perform all aspects of donation processing in a timely and accurate manner and lead the department’s database and data reporting needs across all Panthera hubs. The position is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the entire Panthera fundraising operations gift database including financial data, biographic data, and data reconciliation with other programs and financial systems throughout the organization.Responsibilities

COMPENSATION
Compensation includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience and an excellent package of employee benefits. Range is $45-$65k a year.
