- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer data in internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Verify data integrity and ensure quality control in all documentation
- Support administrative tasks related to order processing, account updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent customer service and accurate data reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client and company information
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy (minimum 45 WPM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
