- Perform various activities required to process customer payments starting.
- Determine proper posting of unidentified customer payments.
- Process returns to customers for unidentified payments received.
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning posting or lack of posting of payments.
- Forward correspondence received in Payment Processing to locations throughout the System.
- Communicate with customers on payment discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain departmental records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Extract mail on an as-needed basis using OPEX 50/60’s equipment.
