What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit households to participate in the consumer panel, achieving in-person recruitment and installation goals
- Educate panelists on proper scanner usage and the importance of scanning all products
- Visit selected homes within a designated territory to address collaboration gaps
- Persuade and educate households while maximizing panel participation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with data collection methodology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High School Degree or GED
- Strong customer service and human relations skills
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and interact with diverse households in various conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with data collection tools
