What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular reconciliation and processing of trade transactions in client accounts
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer brokers
- Process corporate activity events and reconcile dividend tasks
- Perform analysis of complex problems and validate new technology improvements
- Interact with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through various communication channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with financial services and trading operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with TD Ameritrade or similar financial institutions
- Knowledge of tax coding and regulatory compliance
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with corporate actions and dividend processing
