What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Science, Business, or Law
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the information services industry
- Proficiency in using research databases and online resources
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Information Science or related field
- Certification in data analysis or information management
- Knowledge of legal research methodologies and resources
- Experience with CRM software and tools
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
